Producer's Tasting Notes
Nose: Hanging out in Caribbean rum casks gives this Smokehead a jolt of immense smoke and fiery peat, followed by soothing citrus and tropical fruits.
Palate: A face-down, fearlessly rich and peaty punch, thick with oils and bracing sea spray, tempered by dried spices and banana.
Finish: Notes of caramel, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla add a delicate contrast to the lingering smokiness.
