The name Plantador honors those families who have dedicated their lives to growing Blue Agave in Mexico. Tequila Plantador is crafted using a traditional process with fully mature estate grown highland agave.
Gold tequila from Arandas, Los Altos, Jalisco (NOM 1414), crafted by Maestro Tequilero Sergio Cruz using 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave aged 6–8 years. The agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, roller-milled, and open-air fermented with proprietary and Caribbean rum yeasts using the “Mozart method,” then double-distilled in copper pot stills. A touch of Reposado (aged 3–4 months) is added before resting and bottling. Offers playful notes of black pepper, sweet potato, cinnamon, soft earth, hay, burnt sugar, and vanilla. Verified additive-free.
