The Bard Distillery - Cinder & Smoke Founder's Select

Continuing the award-winning heritage of Cinder & Smoke Bourbon, Founder’s Select is a special project that requires special attention. In the course of sampling our mature spirits, sometimes there are barrels that stand out. Our Founders, Thomas and Kim Bard, set these barrels aside, experimenting with different combinations until they create a unique spirit that holds true to the flavor, feel, and finish that you expect from Cinder & Smoke.

Each very small batch of Cinder & Smoke Founder’s Select consists of only three barrels of mature Kentucky Straight Bourbon. The limited edition spirit you are holding was selected, blended, bottled, labeled, and signed by our founders, a true testament to the care and detail that you expect from a craft bourbon. 

Our Multi-Award Winning spirit has recently taken home the Ascot Awards Platinum medal, The Gold Medal from John Barleycorn and Double Gold medal from the SIP Awards.

The SIP Awards stands apart as the only internationally recognized consumer judging spirits competition. Catering to the opinions and palates of the discerning public, the SIP Awards presents a unique, spirit judging competition, unaffected by industry bias.
