  • Authentic Origin This is the only liqueur globally authorized as "Genuine" because it is distilled in Curaçao using the native Laraha orange.
  • The spirit is produced through a meticulous 17-day process in 120-year-old copper pot stills to extract authentic citrus oils.
  • It offers a crystal-clear profile with a sophisticated harmony of sweet orange zest and natural botanical spice.

Taste
This liqueur presents a crystal-clear appearance, signaling its traditional "white curaçao" heritage. On the nose, it opens with vibrant citrus peel, luscious orange blossom, and subtle floral notes. The palate reveals a clean, bright arrival of sweet orange zest layered with natural citrus oils and spice notes of clove and pepper that perfectly balance the fruit. The 40% ABV variant offers a more powerful, fuller-bodied experience with a pleasantly long-lasting warmth. Both versions conclude with a smooth, crisp finish that leaves a lingering freshness of pure orange.

History
The legacy of Senior & Co. began in 1896 when Haim Mendes Chumaceiro and Edgar Senior started selling their family-recipe "Curaçao Tonic" in their local drugstore, Botika Excelsior. The recipe itself dates back to the 1499 Spanish arrival on the island, where Valencia oranges evolved into the bitter, aromatic Laraha due to the arid soil and climate. In 1945, the company began commercial-scale production at Landhuis Chobolobo, a historic 19th-century mansion that now hosts over 140,000 visitors annually. To this day, the descendants of the founders maintain partial ownership, ensuring every bottle remains a true celebration of the island’s unique botanical craft.
