Made from 100 percent unfiltered Viognier, this orange wine is skin-fermented to full dryness, with most of the vintage aged in concrete eggs and neutral oak, then finished with a small portion aged on lees in French barrels for added texture and depth.

Aromas of tangerine, peach, and honeysuckle lead into a crisp, dry palate layered with green mango, dried apricot, wet stone, and subtle beeswax. The finish is lively and lightly savory with hints of baby pineapple.
