From Two Flints:
Our first mixed fermentation project and a collaboration with our good friends from Burning Sky. Aged for a year in French White Burgundy barrels and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Aroma: Nelsony, strawberry, lime zest, tropical Brett. Taste: Soft, juicy, funky, with gooseberry, peach, papaya, and a gentle bitterness.
