With 6 to 8 year old agaves from the highlands of Jalisco, slow cooking, fermentation for a minimum period of 120 hours with the relaxing sound of classical music, with double distillation in a copper still.

NOSE
White tequila has aromas in which you can appreciate fruity notes such as peach and green guava, the citrus of lime and grapefruit, even herbal tones such as olive, mint and a touch of olive without losing its essence of raw and cooked agave, with light notes of a combination of spices such as cinnamon and pepper.
TASTE
The first sip is silky and smooth, confirming its aroma and transporting us to the flavors of raw agave. It offers elements such as mint, spearmint, olive, and olive oil, along with its characteristic citrus notes of grapefruit and lime. It closes sweetly with cooked agave and a light peppery spiciness that demonstrates a balanced tequila.
