Why Choose Vivreau Purity Quell ST?

The Vivreau Purity Quell ST Starter Kit is the perfect solution for high-volume coffee environments. It provides optimized water quality to protect your equipment and enhance your brews. Plus, once you have the system, replacement filters are cost-effective and easy to replace, making it a smart long-term investment.

Things to Consider:

  • Upfront Investment: The starter kit comes with a higher initial cost, but the long-term savings in reduced maintenance and equipment longevity make it a worthwhile investment.
  • For Larger Equipment: Best suited for high-flow machines (e.g., espresso + batch brewer setups) rather than smaller operations.

Vivreau Filter Technology Decarbonizes the Water in Four Steps:

  1. Pre-filtration
A pre-filter holds back coarse particles. For this purpose, the downstream filter medium is optimally used with the laminar water distribution.
  2. Reduction of carbonate hardness
The filter medium reduces the carbonate hardness and thus prevents limescale formation.
  3. Activated carbon filtration
All the water – including bypass water – runs through an activated carbon filter in order to reduce substances that interfere with taste and aroma.
  4. Fine filtration
At the end of the filtration process, a fleece retains any fine particles.

IntelliBypass Technology
The unique IntelliBypass technology stands for a constant proportion of blended water that is independent of the volume flow. This ensures consistently high water quality, even with low water throughput.
