Introducing Gemma Crystal Vodka!
Organic, non-GMO corn from our partner farm is cooked, mashed, fermented and distilled at our facility in small batches. We then further distill this handmade neutral spirit through locally-mined quartz that has been charged in the light of the full moon.
The placement of the crystals in our still creates an additional level of reflux, increasing surface area and modulating distillation temperature to ensure that only the purest molecules continue through.
Post-distillation, we gently bring Gemma’s proof down to the Atomic Weight of Quartz, 60.0183 (about 30% alcohol).
For consumers looking for a lower alcohol option who don't want to give up beautiful flavor, texture and body. Great for mixing in cocktails, less heavy yet still rich and clean finishing.
