Golden Honey is an experimental micro lot of specialty Arabica coffee from the historic Udayagiri Estate in the Western Ghats of Chikkamagaluru. Established in 1925, the estate is home to exceptional shade-grown Arabica, where the cool climate and rich biodiversity allow coffee cherries to ripen slowly and develop remarkable sweetness.

Processed using the Yellow Honey method, a carefully controlled amount of the coffee’s natural fruit mucilage is retained during sun drying. This creates a beautifully clean and balanced cup that bridges the clarity of washed coffees with the sweetness and texture of honey-processed coffees.

Expect elegant notes of peach, orange, honey and caramel, complemented by a smooth medium body, gentle citrus acidity and a lingering sweet finish. We recommend brewing it as a V60, Pour Over or AeroPress to fully appreciate its clarity, sweetness and delicate complexity.
